Uncovering hot crops to direct sales and develop a new product

Toro required greater insights into the horticultural markets, there are about 90 major crop types grown in Australia.

 

We developed what Toro internally consider to be the “Horticultural Bible.” This document presented the optimal crop types to target and create solutions for, where to focus sales resources and ideas for capturing market share.

 

We further developed ‘Bible’s for Golf, Municipals and Stadia markets.
